For this project Neuflow Projects were engaged to oversee the renewal of aged plant room assets for the Lido pool, including the circulation pumps, water filtration system and associated connecting pipework.
Along with the renewal of in ground pipework from the plant room to the pool and from the pool to the balance tank, Neuflow Projects also were responsible for the subsequent renewal of the concrete concourse, retaining walls, garden beds and planting.
Neuflow Projects took a comprehensive approach to address the challenge of meeting the water quality standards by increasing sizing of equipment, but within the confines of the existing structures. This involved design considerations, stakeholder management, consultation and meeting statutory requirements.
Neuflow utilised a team of skilled independent subcontractors to undertake the specialist work, many of these subcontractors will be used on future projects.
