Hamilton Gardens is one of New Zealand’s most visited attractions, welcoming over a million visitors annually. To accommodate this growing demand and enhance the visitor experience, a major redevelopment of the Hamilton Gardens Visitor Centre was undertaken.
Neuflow played a key role in this transformation, acting as Engineer to Contract for the project. The upgrade included improvements to the carparks, ticketing office, and pavilion, ensuring better accessibility and operational efficiency for visitors.
A multi-faceted project with vertical and horizontal construction to be delivered within a fully operational site.
We collaborated closely with Downey Construction (main contractor) and Edwards White (lead architects) to maintain high-quality outcomes throughout the project.
As Engineer to Contract, Neuflow worked on behalf of Hamilton City Council, ensuring the project was delivered in strict alignment with contractual requirements, design specifications, and approved plans.
